The dog collar is nice quality but on the initial order, the phone number was left off the engraving. I contacted customer service and they did replace it and make it right. So kudos to this company for standing behind their product. The only con is that I have a metal dog tag on the collar’s metal loop which scratched the metal closure where the name and phone number are engraved. So If that metal loop was placed farther away from the metal closure any tags placed on it would not cause the closure to be scratched. Or possibly add another tag holder on the side. So now the engraved closure looks beat up and it didnt take long for that to happen, thus ruining the look of the collar.
